Capsule tools 2026-09-11 This page generates millimetre STL models in your browser. The preview uses the same STL buffers as the download. No model generation server is required. Geometry source: model.js. Rendering: viewer.js. Interface: app.js. The model follows the capsule holder and funnel designed and printed in this project. The original 100 mg-labelled product is preserved as its own design preset; its capsule size has not been identified from that weight label. Reference body diameters and cut lengths: Torpac, HC Size Chart 2411 (copyright 2025). https://torpac.com/Reference/sizecharts/Human%20Caps%20Size%20Chart.pdf Preset adjustment ranges are design limits of this tool, not manufacturer tolerances. Geometry dependency: Manifold 3.5.0 (Apache-2.0). https://manifoldcad.org/ Bundled files: vendor/manifold.js, vendor/manifold.wasm. Dependency licence: vendor/LICENSE. STL files are geometric prototypes. A regenerated mesh does not establish physical fit, powder flow, or suitability of a printed contact surface. Revision 3: preset labels include millimetres. Hole depth is directly adjustable. Capsule body length is a preset reference used for the illustration and depth bounds. In custom mode, users enter body diameter (4.5–12 mm) and body length (8–32 mm); hole depth remains a separate parameter. Funnel mouth, stem length and height scale with capsule diameter; mouth can be adjusted from 80 to 120 percent of that diameter-derived value. STL exports have Z min = 0, holder pockets up and funnel mouth down. The print orientation view uses the exported orientation. Camera rotation and relative zoom persist when geometry is regenerated. The existing RSS GUID and publication date are preserved. Changed JS imports, worker URLs, stylesheet and image references use the 20260911-r3 version query to bypass the origin's immutable asset cache. Bump these references when publishing future revisions of those assets.
